AREAS I HELP WITH

Burnout, when "just tired" has become something more.

A cozy living room at night with a green armchair, beige pillows, a cream blanket, a wooden side table with a green mug, eyeglasses, a book, and a lamp, with curtains and a window showing city lights outside.

You're still showing up. Still getting through the list. But the tank is empty, the joy has drained out of things you used to like, and rest doesn't seem to fix it anymore. Burnout isn't weakness or a lack of willpower. It's what happens when the demands outrun the recovery for too long.

Signs it might be burnout

  • Exhaustion that sleep doesn't touch.

  • Feeling cynical, flat, or detached from work and people.

  • A sense of "what's the point".

  • Getting sick more, snapping more, caring less.

  • Dreading things you used to manage easily.

How I can help

We look at what's driving the depletion, rebuild your capacity to recover, and reset boundaries and expectations in a way that's actually sustainable, not just "do more self-care". This is about getting you back, not just getting you functional.

If you're running on empty, let's talk it through.
